Truck drivers typically collect boxes from a despatch warehouse and trucks them to a large supermarket. The very reason why some consumers still frequent places like a farmers market, is for that connection with the food producer, and influencing the food producer on how they would like their food to be grown, which is often about requests like low/or no inputs like chemicals or pesticides. Some consumers want their food grown in healthy soil, not food production systems like hydroponics, for example. When the heart was taken out of the direct farm-to-consumer connection, the spiritual starvation of Sedna in Taurus slowly set in, to where those who love the land, and want to be connected to the land, cannot be on the land producing what the consumer wants…
